Crown Staffing is hiring Freezer Order Pickers for a warehouse facility in Northern Kentucky.
Freezer Order Picker Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 12:00 PM–10:00 PM
Overtime: Required; associates will work 6 days per week
Location: Northern Kentucky
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Freezer Order Picker Requirements/Qualifications
- Meet and greet required prior to placement
- Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe footwear
- Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply
- Must be comfortable working in an extremely cold freezer environment
- Cold-weather gear will be provided by the client
- Must be able to read and follow basic instructions
- Ability to lift, carry, and move product throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and transportation required
- Background check required
- No felony convictions within the last 7 years
About the Freezer Order Picker Role
As a Freezer Order Picker, your responsibilities will include:
- Picking customer orders in a freezer environment
- Operating a double end rider to retrieve and transport product
- Using carts to pick and organize cases for shipment
- Reading labels and order information to ensure accuracy
- Placing selected products into boxes and staging orders
- Maintaining productivity and order accuracy standards
- Following all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Assisting with additional warehouse duties as needed
