Requirements of the Manufacturing Parts Clerk
- Entry-level to intermediate manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic industrial maintenance experience required
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Computer skills and data entry experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move parts and materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Parts Clerk
- Maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and maintenance materials
- Order replacement parts and track deliveries from vendors
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and project needs
- Monitor stock levels and ensure critical parts are available when needed
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing parts inventory
- Perform basic industrial maintenance and minor equipment repairs
- Maintain inventory records and purchasing documentation
- Support maintenance and production teams with parts requests
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
