Sale Day Driver / Lot Driver
Lexington, KY
Pay: $16.00/hour
Temp-to-Hire | Thursdays Only
Schedule Information
- Thursday
- 8:30 AM until finished
- Year-round position (not seasonal)
Sale Day Driver / Lot Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record required
- Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive vehicles throughout the auction facility
- Stage and park vehicles in designated lots and lanes
- Move vehicles through auction lanes as directed
- Verify VIN numbers and vehicle information when required
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds before moving vehicles
- Document and report vehicle damage or concerns
- Assist auction staff and customers as needed
- Maintain safe vehicle handling practices at all times
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic guidelines
- Support the overall flow and efficiency of auction day operations
