Quality Inspector
Shelbyville, KY
Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour
Temp-to-Hire | 1st & 3rd Shift Openings Available

Quality Inspector Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Experience using gauges, scales, calipers, and other measuring equipment preferred
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Use measuring tools and equipment to verify product specifications
- Assemble, pack, label, and stack products according to work instructions
- Identify and remove non-conforming products from production
- Sort, transfer, and palletize finished products efficiently
- Read production schedules and follow pallet configurations
- Move products to designated staging and shipping areas
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Report quality, mechanical, or operational concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and good manufacturing practices
