Coating Operator
Frankfort, KY
Pay: $16.00/hour
Temp-to-Hire | 3rd Shift
Schedule Information
- Sunday–Thursday
- 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Coating Operator Requirements
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Comfortable working with chemicals and production equipment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude preferred
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Mix chemicals and catalysts according to production specifications
- Load and unload parts throughout the coating and production process
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package completed products for shipment
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues to supervisors
- Maintain accurate production records as required
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
- Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned
