Crown Staffing is hiring Production Operators for an automotive manufacturing facility in Lebanon, OH.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (B Shift, 2 on / 3 off schedule)
Overtime: Required; may include extended shifts and weekend work based on production needs
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Location: Lebanon, OH

• Ability to perform physically demanding work including standing for long periods and lifting up to 45 lbs

• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with repetitive tasks and movement

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards

• Ability to work overtime and weekend shifts as required

• Must meet background check and drug screening requirements

As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery and equipment in assigned production areas

• Loading and unloading castings and components into production machines

• Performing quality inspections and recording production data

• Monitoring equipment performance and reporting issues to supervisors

• Assisting with machine setups, changeovers, and basic maintenance tasks

• Supporting plating, machining, or assembly operations as assigned

• Following production flow and meeting daily output goals

• Assisting with material movement and transport within the facility
