Crown Staffing is hiring Production Operators for an aerospace manufacturing support facility in Cincinnati, OH.

Schedule: 2nd & 3rd Shift Positions Available (Must train on 1st shift for 6 weeks, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Overtime: Currently mandatory; may include extended hours and weekend work based on operational needs
Pay Rate: $22.00
Location: Cincinnati, OH

• Ability to complete a 6-week 1st shift training period prior to assigned shift placement

• Ability to safely handle chemicals and follow safety procedures

• Comfortable working in a production environment with machinery and chemical processes

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

• Basic computer skills and ability to work with computerized equipment

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (most lifts are assisted)

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

• Must be able to pass required background check and drug screening (initial and post-hire)

As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading aircraft parts into automated cleaning and processing systems

• Operating equipment that uses chemical bath processes for part cleaning

• Inspecting parts for quality and documenting inspection results

• Following all safety, chemical handling, and production procedures

• Assisting senior technicians with process support and workflow tasks

• Performing quality checks and recording production data accurately

• Supporting machine operation, monitoring, and basic adjustments as needed

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times

• Participating in continuous improvement and production efficiency efforts
