Crown Staffing is hiring a Lettuce Packout Associate!
Lettuce Packout Associate Job Details
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Location: Wilder, KY
Requirements of the Lettuce Packout Associate
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Must be willing to learn packaging equipment and machinery
- Must be able to commit to a set schedule that includes one weekend day
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must provide proof of work eligibility through E-Verify
- Meet and greet required after background check approval
- Tour required prior to placement
- Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
- Mandatory flex hour may require staying up to one additional hour per shift
- Background check required
Responsibilities of the Lettuce Packout Associate
- Package products according to company specifications
- Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently
- Clean and sanitize work areas routinely
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Maintain food safety and quality standards
- Report any safety, quality, or production concerns to supervisors
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
- Work in chilled production environments
