Forklift Operator
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Possible overtime on Fridays)
Pay Rate: $16.50/ hr + Weekly Production Incentive

Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for a manufacturing facility in Covington, KY.
Forklift Operator Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
- Transport materials throughout the facility to support production operations
- Load and unload products as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Forklift Operator Requirements
- Minimum of one year of recent, consistent forklift experience required
- Strong work history and attendance record
- Must be able to comply with facility dress code and safety requirements
- Hair must be pulled back above shoulder length
- Hooded sweatshirts must have hoods tucked in
- No baggy clothing; long shirts must be tucked in
- Background check required
