Crown Staffing is hiring Warehouse Workers for a recycling and logistics operation in Cincinnati, OH.
Warehouse Worker Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: May be required based on business needs
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Warehouse Worker Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to become forklift certified
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety guidelines preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and stable work history preferred
About the Warehouse Worker Role
As a Warehouse Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily warehouse operations and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Performing shipping and receiving duties
- Operating a box truck for pickups and deliveries as needed
- Grading, sorting, and handling pallets for recycling and distribution
- Baling corrugated cardboard and stretch film materials
- Loading, unloading, and staging materials in designated warehouse areas
- Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Supporting logistics, operations, and quality initiatives as needed
- Assisting with additional warehouse projects and responsibilities as assigned
