Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Overtime: May require extended hours (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM) based on operational needs
Pay Rate: $23.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Cincinnati, OH

• Previous supervisory experience required (must have held a leadership role within the last 12 months)

• Manufacturing experience required, preferably in an automotive or production environment

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to train, coach, and support team members on-site

• Ability to follow and enforce safety, quality, and operational standards

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address issues as they arise

• Ability to work extended hours, overtime, and weekends as required

• Must meet background and drug screening requirements

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing team leads and production staff across assigned work areas or locations

• Coordinating and setting up inspection, sorting, or production projects per client requirements

• Ensuring team members are properly trained and following all procedures and guidelines

• Monitoring quality control standards and addressing issues as they arise

• Communicating with management regarding production updates, concerns, and performance

• Supporting workflow planning, scheduling, and staffing needs

• Ensuring accurate completion of required documentation and reports

• Traveling between sites as needed to support operations
