Crown Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing operation in Cincinnati, OH.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: May be required based on production needs
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to become forklift certified and operate equipment safely
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity preferred
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Filling and packaging ink products into bottles, containers, and drums
- Preparing products for shipment according to quality and production standards
- Handling raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
- Assisting with inventory movement and material handling activities
- Operating equipment and supporting production processes as needed
- Maintaining accurate production records and documentation
- Supporting daily production goals and operational efficiency
