Crown Staffing is hiring NDT Technicians for an industrial inspection and testing operation in Cincinnati, OH.
NDT Technician Job Details
Schedule: Training on first shift Monday–Friday, 10 hours per day; transition to Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Overtime: May be required based on project and customer needs
Pay Rate: $24.00 Based on experience

NDT Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of Nondestructive Testing (NDT) experience required
- Certification in at least two NDT methods required
- Level II certification in PT, MT, UT, RT, or ET preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and basic computer applications
- Ability to safely work with chemicals and industrial equipment
- Ability to travel as needed for customer projects
- Reliable attendance and stable work history required
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in industrial environments
About the NDT Technician Role
As an NDT Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing nondestructive testing inspections using certified inspection methods
- Interpreting inspection results and preparing accurate reports and documentation
- Communicating inspection findings and recommendations to customers and management
- Assisting senior technicians and supporting the development of apprentice technicians
- Maintaining certifications and complying with industry standards and procedures
- Completing inspection records and maintaining quality documentation
- Traveling to customer locations and supporting field inspection projects
