Crown Staffing is hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing operation in Cincinnati, OH.
Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: May be required based on production needs
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Experience using hand tools and air tools preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and stable work history required
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and specifications
- Using hand tools and pneumatic tools to complete assembly tasks
- Gathering materials and parts needed for production orders
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Performing basic product testing and quality checks
- Reporting equipment issues, defects, or production concerns to supervisors
- Assisting with packing, inventory, and material handling activities
