Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Overtime: May be required based on department needs
Pay Rate: $16.00–$22.00 per hour

Medical Assistant (MA) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements/Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification preferred for MA candidates
- Active Ohio LPN license required for LPN candidates
- Previous experience in a physician office, clinic, or healthcare setting required
- Experience with Epic or similar electronic medical record system preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Reliable attendance and professional demeanor required
About the Medical Assistant (MA) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role
As a Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include:
- Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and weight
- Preparing patients for examinations and assisting providers during patient visits
- Administering injections, medications, and immunizations within scope of practice
- Performing basic clinical procedures including EKGs, specimen collection, and phlebotomy
- Documenting patient information accurately within the electronic medical record system
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient flow throughout the clinic
- Handling patient calls, messages, and follow-up communications
- Maintaining clean, organized, and properly stocked exam rooms
- Following HIPAA guidelines, infection control procedures, and healthcare regulations
- Supporting providers and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
