General Utility Associate Job Details
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Schedule: B Crew Schedule (Start ASAP)

Requirements of the General Utility Associate
- Manufacturing experience required
- Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
- Ability to complete production paperwork accurately
Responsibilities of the General Utility Associate
- Support production operations to ensure lines have necessary materials
- Start and operate mixers and production equipment
- Empty production lines into pallets for work-in-process and finished goods
- Build pallets to keep up with production output
- Maintain accurate inventory counts throughout the shift
- Track downtime and assist with identifying causes
- Ensure correct packaging materials are used for each product
- Load and unload trucks and stage products in designated locations
- Perform visual and tool-assisted quality inspections as needed
- Assist with shipment staging, labeling, and loading to ensure on-time deliveries
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
