Janitorial Laborer Temp
Rotating Shift (Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Week 2: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | $16.20/Hour
Janitorial Labor Requirements
● Ability to work a rotating day and afternoon shift schedule
● Ability to perform general warehouse cleaning duties in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to safely operate a walk-behind/rider floor scrubber or willingness to learn
● Ability to safely operate a pallet jack
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace
● Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
● Previous warehouse, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
● Ability to perform general warehouse cleaning duties in a fast-paced environment

● Ability to safely operate a pallet jack

About the Janitorial Labor Role
As a Janitorial Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
● Maintaining warehouse cleanliness to support a safe, organized, and productive work environment
● Operating a walk-behind/rider floor scrubber to clean warehouse floors, aisles, and work areas
● Collecting, sorting, and transporting cardboard for recycling throughout the facility
● Using a pallet jack to move recyclable materials and support warehouse housekeeping efforts
● Performing routine warehouse cleaning, including sweeping, debris removal, and general sanitation
● Monitoring work areas for potential safety hazards and reporting concerns to supervisors
● Maintaining clean pathways, staging areas, and warehouse common spaces
● Following all warehouse safety guidelines while operating cleaning and material-handling equipment
● Assisting with facility housekeeping projects and special cleaning assignments as needed
● Maintaining cleaning equipment and reporting repair or maintenance needs promptly
