Schedule: 12-hour rotating night shift, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
Overtime: Mandatory when required
Location: Walton, KY
Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour

Talc Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Must complete a facility tour before being considered
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Basic computer skills required
- Forklift experience preferred (sit-down forklift); client will certify
- Must be able to work a 36/48 rotating schedule and every other weekend
- Must be able to wear jeans, t-shirt, and composite-toe footwear
- No rideshare arrangements or couples permitted on this shift
- English communication skills required
About the Talc Production Operator Role
As a Talc Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating production process equipment safely and efficiently
- Handling, stacking, and palletizing materials manually
- Working with talc materials as part of the production process
- Monitoring equipment and production activities to ensure quality standards are met
- Performing general production duties as assigned
- Completing required production documentation and daily paperwork
- Following all safety procedures and company policies
- Assisting with production flow and maintaining a clean work area
