Louisville, KY (travel to Radcliff required)
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hour
Schedule:

- Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a dependable and customer-focused Storage Facility Attendant to support daily operations at a self-storage facility in Louisville, KY. This role combines customer service, administrative support, property monitoring, and light maintenance responsibilities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, helping customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with unit availability, pricing, and facility policies
- Process rentals, lease agreements, and customer payments
- Maintain accurate tenant records and payment documentation
- Conduct routine property walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and security
- Open and secure gates and storage areas as scheduled
- Monitor surveillance systems and report safety or security concerns
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as cleaning units and changing locks
- Assist with delinquent account follow-up and collection procedures
- Support customers during move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain office organization and packing supply inventory
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation for travel between locations
