Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) Job Details

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling Required

Schedule Information

Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Available scheduling options may include:

• 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts

Current openings are primarily for 8-hour shifts, with additional 12-hour shift coverage expected during summer months. Shift schedules may vary depending on patient census and operational needs.

Registered Nurse Case Manager Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• Current Kentucky RN license or qualifying Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Current TB test required
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills required
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion

About the Registered Nurse Case Manager Role

Crown Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse Case Managers (RNCMs) for a pediatric healthcare facility in Lexington, KY. This role focuses on coordinating and managing care for patients from birth through 21 years old using a multidisciplinary and patient-centered approach.

The RNCM will provide direct patient care while supporting the educational, psychosocial, behavioral, emotional, and physical needs of pediatric patients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide direct nursing care and complete patient assessments
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed
• Coordinate referrals to physicians, specialists, and community resources
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventative care
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations while maintaining professionalism
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Support overall patient care coordination and continuity of care
