Liquid Packing Operator Job Details
Pay Rate: Up to $24.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Florence, KY

Requirements of the Liquid Packing Operator
- Resume required
- Interview required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to monitor production operations and inventory
- Must wear jeans or khakis, t-shirt, steel-toe boots/shoes, and safety glasses
- Background check required (No felonies within the last 5 years)
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
Responsibilities of the Liquid Packing Operator
- Supervise and support daily production line operations
- Ensure the line has all materials needed to operate efficiently
- Monitor staffing and make sure team members are in assigned positions
- Track materials and inventory entering and leaving the production line
- Maintain production flow and assist with troubleshooting issues
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure operational success
