Warehouse Representative – West Chicago, IL
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $19/hour
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $19/hour
- Overtime possible and mandatory
Warehouse Representative Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to regularly lift heavier items
- Comfortable with manual unloading of trailers using hand trucks
- Basic computer knowledge (preferred)
- Steel-toed shoes required
- Must have reliable transportation
About the Warehouse Representative Role
As a Warehouse Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Manually loading and unloading inbound trucks and containers safely
- Pulling and preparing orders for outbound shipments
- Handling shipping and receiving for office furniture products
- Sorting, staging, and organizing inventory by size, type, style, or product code
- Preparing supply orders and packing boxes for shipment
- Processing returns and return authorizations accurately
- Reorganizing pallets and racking systems as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment through sweeping, dusting, and mopping
- Wearing required PPE and following all safety procedures
