Equipment Refurbishment Technician Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Changing to 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Location: Lawrenceburg, IN
Equipment Refurbishment Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required
- Interview required
- Ability to perform light equipment refurbishment and minor repairs
- Ability to use production shop tools safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform quality inspections on finished products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About the Equipment Refurbishment Technician Role
As an Equipment Refurbishment Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform light refurbishment and minor repairs on equipment
- Examine, pressure wash, and clean equipment to company standards
- Prep, sand, clean, and properly store parts for inventory
- Break down and organize equipment for parts harvesting
- Arrange and store equipment and supplies for inventory
- Paint equipment and perform basic cosmetic repairs
- Operate production shop tools safely
- Remove and replace equipment parts as needed, including upholstery
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Assist with training new associates
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
