Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Operator (EPB – B Shift) in Lebanon, OH!
Production Operator (EPB – B Shift) Job Details
Schedule: B Shift, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 2 days on/3 days off (12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Location: Lebanon, OH
Production Operator (EPB – B Shift) Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
- Ability to record production data accurately
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. repeatedly
- Must be able to bend and walk throughout the shift
- Steel toe boots required
- 10-panel drug screen required
- Background check required
- Open to second chance candidates (No sexual, violent, theft, or multiple offenses)
- Must be available to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
About the Production Operator (EPB – B Shift) Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload parts during machining, plating, and assembly processes
- Perform quality inspections and record production data
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Assist with machine start-up checks and preventative maintenance
- Perform line changeovers and tool changes
- Identify and report quality or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards
- Transfer materials and finished products throughout production
- Assist maintenance technicians with equipment issues
- Meet production, quality, and safety goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
