Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler in Cincinnati, OH!
Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Assembler Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be able to use basic math skills
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Clean background check required (No felonies, theft, violent, sexual, or drug-related misdemeanors)
- Drug screen required
- Must have a stable work history with no history of NCNS
- This is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, including personal vehicles.
About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble chemical dispensing equipment and components
- Read and follow bills of materials and work instructions
- Use hand tools and air tools to complete assemblies
- Perform quality inspections and product testing
- Meet daily production and quality standards
- Report defective parts or equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory control and packing
- Pull manufacturing orders as needed
- Rotate between workstations as assigned
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
- Complete additional duties as assigned
