Manufacturing Associate Job Details
Schedule: E Shift, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Mandatory overtime. Shifts may extend to 8, 10, or 12 hours.)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Location: Lebanon, OH
Manufacturing Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and understand safety and operating procedures written in English
- Ability to record production data accurately
- Basic math skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- Background check required
- Open to second chance candidates (No sexual, violent, or multiple offenses)
About the Manufacturing Associate Role
As a Manufacturing Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials into machining, plating, and assembly equipment
- Perform quality inspections and record production data
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Recognize and report equipment or quality issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and startup checks
- Complete line changeovers and tool changes
- Transfer production materials throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards
- Meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Work overtime as required based on production needs
