Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Emergency Recovery Manager in West Chester, OH!
Emergency Recovery Manager Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (occasional extended hours and Saturdays as needed)
Pay Rate: $45,000-$55,000/year (salary increase available based on experience and industry connections)

Emergency Recovery Manager Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous leadership or management experience required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sales or relationship-building experience preferred
- Ability to motivate, train, and lead a team
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug and alcohol screening
About the Emergency Recovery Manager Role
As an Emergency Recovery Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and supervise daily field operations and warehouse activities
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure proper PPE and safety procedures are followed
- Pack trucks and prepare materials for restoration job sites
- Drive company vehicles to and from customer locations
- Train and mentor new and existing team members
- Tag, inventory, and document customer belongings
- Pack and transport fragile and high-value items safely
- Document pre-existing damage accurately
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers throughout the restoration process
- Assist with cleaning and restoring personal property
- Load, unload, and move furniture, appliances, and other household items
- Support the General Manager with scheduling, production, and operational goals
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
