Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Picker/Packer in West Chester, OH!
Picker/Packer Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (Average of 30 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $15.00-$17.00/hour (Based on experience and competencies)
Location: West Chester, OH
Picker/Packer Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift, move, and carry packages throughout the shift
- Comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse environment
- Experience using barcode scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Clean background required
- 10-panel drug screen required
About the Picker/Packer Role
As a Picker/Packer, your responsibilities will include:
- Receive inbound shipments and verify counts, condition, and accuracy
- Assist with inventory organization and product put-away
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Use barcode scanners and warehouse systems to maintain order accuracy
- Support kitting, bundling, relabeling, and FBA preparation projects
- Insert promotional materials or custom packaging components into orders
- Process returns and inspect products for quality
- Follow company quality control and inventory procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily production goals
- Perform light-duty order fulfillment while working at a computer workstation
