Manual Lathe Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

Manual Lathe Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience operating manual lathes required
- Ability to read measuring instruments, including pi tapes, tape measures, and micrometers
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions from a supervisor
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Clean background required (No felonies or misdemeanors)
- 10-panel drug screen required
About the Manual Lathe Operator Role
As a Manual Lathe Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate manual lathes to produce quality parts
- Read and use measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Perform basic measurements and inspections on finished parts
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Handle materials and components throughout the production process
- Communicate with supervisors regarding production needs
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
