Schedule: 2 Days: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 2 Days: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Every Saturday Required (Closed Sundays)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Inside Sales Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Professional appearance required
- Ability to build relationships with customers and identify their needs
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to work every Saturday
- Resume and interview required
About the Inside Sales Associate Role
As an Inside Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Learn customer needs and recommend furniture and home décor products
- Maintain knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and product features
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Assist with inventory management and product availability
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom displays
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction
- Process customer payments, financing options, and delivery scheduling
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to support daily operations
- Assist with additional showroom duties as assigned
