Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Stand-Up Forklift Operator in Hamilton, OH!
Stand-Up Forklift Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Overtime available as needed)
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour (Increases to $20.00/hour once hired)
Location: Hamilton, OH
Overtime: Up to 5 hours per week as needed

Stand-Up Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous stand-up forklift experience required
- Experience with RF scanners preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance required (No call-offs within the first 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Resume and interview required
- Drug screen required (Copy of results required before start)
- Background check required (No felonies within the past 7 years involving violence, theft, or sex offenses)
- No visible inappropriate tattoos
About the Stand-Up Forklift Operator Role
As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate a stand-up forklift, reach truck, or order picker safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
- Pick and pull customer orders accurately using RF scanners
- Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment issues
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and warehouse organization
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
