Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler in Dayton, OH!
Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Thursday (5:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 30-minute lunch | Overtime available but not required
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Location: Dayton, OH

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications
- Reliable transportation required (no ride sharing)
- Ability to pass a background check (clean background within 7 years preferred; pending cases may be reviewed)
- 10-panel drug screen required
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours
- Strong hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts
- Ability to work with microscopes and perform visual inspections
- Ability to work with adhesives and perform precise assembly work
- Good attention to detail required
- Soldering experience preferred (training available)
- Must have steel-toe boots
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform electronic component assembly according to procedures
- Use microscopes to inspect small parts and assemblies
- Perform soldering and fine-detail work (training provided if needed)
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Work with adhesives and small electronic components
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in repetitive tasks
- Assist with general warehouse cleanup and organization
- Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Support production goals and meet daily output expectations
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
