Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour plus $3.00 shift differential ($25.00/hour)

Swiss and Lathe Setup Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Swiss setup or lathe setup experience, or Swiss/lathe-based education required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, electrical schematics, and machine drawings
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours
- Ability to bend, push, and lift more than 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in hot and cold manufacturing environments
- This is not a trainable position
About the Swiss and Lathe Setup Operator Role
As a Swiss and Lathe Setup Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and operate Swiss screw machines and multi-spindle lathe machines
- Load bar stock, fill machine fluids, and remove chips from machines
- Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments to maintain quality specifications
- Monitor production to ensure conformance with quality standards
- Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance activities
- Train and support other employees on machine operation and setup
- Follow ISO requirements and company safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete additional production duties as assigned
