Manufacturing Welder Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed)
Pay Rate: $25.00-$32.00/hour
Location: Florence, KY
Overtime: Mandatory on Fridays as needed

Manufacturing Welder Requirements/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0-3 years of welding experience required
- Ability to read advanced blueprints and weld symbols
- Knowledge of GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and plasma cutting
- Knowledge of flame straightening techniques
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills, including email and online training systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
About the Manufacturing Welder Role
As a Manufacturing Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations
- Manufacture products according to blueprints and specifications
- Operate hand and power tools used in welding
- Perform welding using GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW processes
- Use plasma cutting equipment as needed
- Apply flame straightening techniques when required
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Assist and guide other welders with welding techniques and assemblies
- Follow all company welding procedures and safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
