Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Fabricator.
Fabricator Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM. Mandatory overtime on Fridays. Schedule is flexible.
Pay Rate: $52,000–$58,000 annually

Fabricator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic blueprint reading skills required.
- Knowledge of layout and measuring tools, including tape measures and calipers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including email and online training platforms.
- Ability to communicate professionally with management and team members.
About the Fabricator Role
As a Fabricator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate metal fabrication equipment including rolls, shears, saws, punch presses, benders, and other machinery.
- Cut, bend, roll, flange, weld, and form metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Use layout and measuring tools to ensure precision and quality.
- Inspect equipment and report unusual conditions or production concerns.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Participate in pre-job meetings and toolbox talks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing processes.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and reliable product delivery.
