Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Maintenance Technician.
Maintenance Technician Job Details
Schedule: Training will be completed on 1st Shift before transitioning to 2nd Shift. Regular schedule is Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–1:30 AM.
Pay Rate: $20.00+/hr

Maintenance Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
- Proficient in welding and fabrication.
- Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, electrical controls, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers.
- Experience repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Must provide personal basic hand tools for routine maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the shift.
About the Maintenance Technician Role
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and facility equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Complete welding, fabrication, and equipment rebuilds as needed.
- Install, maintain, and repair production equipment under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
- Perform and document scheduled preventative maintenance inspections.
- Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools to complete repairs accurately.
- Safely operate maintenance tools, equipment, and forklifts while following all safety procedures.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with equipment upgrades and small maintenance improvement projects.
