Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Material Sales Specialist.
Material Sales Specialist Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. One to two Saturdays per month, 7:30 AM–12:00 PM. Closed on Saturdays during the winter months.
Pay Rate: $18.00–$21.00/hr (based on experience)

Material Sales Specialist Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Previous experience in the fence industry or construction field preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous clerical, administrative, or sales experience preferred.
- Basic computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
About the Material Sales Specialist Role
As a Material Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist customers with material sales and product inquiries.
- Schedule customer estimates and appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Complete clerical and administrative tasks accurately.
- Process orders and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Answer customer questions and provide product information.
- Assist with additional office and sales responsibilities as assigned.
