Pay Rate: $20.00–$23.00/hr

Quality Control Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of quality control or quality assurance experience required.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with production, shipping, and management teams.
- Background check and drug screen required.
About the Quality Control Technician Role
As a Quality Control Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and product specifications.
- Perform quality testing and record analysis results accurately.
- Communicate quality concerns to production supervisors, managers, and other departments.
- Monitor production equipment for proper operation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Conduct GMP audits, critical control point checks, and equipment inspections.
- Investigate product non-conformances and assist with root cause analysis.
- Perform batch setup verification and document discrepancies.
- Place products on hold or release products based on quality standards.
- Collect samples, perform calibration checks, and maintain quality records.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and company safety procedures.
