Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Training Coordinator.
Training Coordinator Job Details
Schedule: Full-Time; Schedule may vary based on operational needs. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required as needed.
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Location: Hebron, KY
Training Coordinator Requirements/Qualifications:
- Resume required
- Interview required
- Background check must be completed and approved before starting
- Must have a good work history
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment required
- Prior training experience required
- Experience developing and delivering training programs preferred
- Experience writing and maintaining SOPs preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
About the Training Coordinator Role
As a Training Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading new hire orientation including company culture, safety procedures, and job-specific training
- Developing and improving warehouse onboarding programs to support employee success
- Providing hands-on training for fulfillment processes including picking, packing, labeling, and inventory procedures
- Identifying training needs and providing instruction to improve accuracy, safety, and efficiency
- Maintaining training records, certifications, and employee training matrices
- Creating, updating, and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Partnering with Operations, Quality, and Inventory teams to reduce errors and improve processes
- Conducting floor observations, audits, and compliance checks to identify areas for improvement
- Evaluating employee readiness before independent work assignments
- Tracking training effectiveness through audits, performance metrics, and error trends
- Supporting cross-training opportunities to improve warehouse flexibility
- Recommending retraining and corrective training actions when needed
- Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
