Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Filler.
Production Filler Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday. Shift details will be provided during the interview process.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Location: Florence, KY
Production Filler Requirements/Qualifications:
- Resume or profile sheet required
- Meet and greet required prior to hire
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required
- Must be willing to learn to operate a forklift if not already experienced
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Steel toe boots required
- Background must not include recent felonies or any violent or sexual offenses
About the Production Filler Role
As a Production Filler, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate filling equipment while following all safety and quality procedures
- Fill containers with the correct amount of product according to specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues
- Label, seal, and package finished products accurately
- Perform visual quality inspections on products and packaging
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Maintain accurate production and batch records
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Assist with loading and unloading production materials as needed
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Package and prepare car wash products for shipment in a warehouse environment
