Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Unloader.
Unloader Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Location: Hebron, KY
Unloader Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with warehouse operations preferred
- Must be comfortable unloading, sorting, and moving freight
- Ability to use handheld scanners or basic inventory systems
- Must complete WurKnow requirements
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Background check must be completed and approved before tour
- No charges within the past 3 years
- Any theft or violence charges must be older than 7 years
- Any other charges older than 3 years will be reviewed case-by-case
- No rideshare or couples
About the Unloader Role
As a Unloader, your responsibilities will include:
- Unloading trucks and trailers by removing boxes, pallets, and merchandise from incoming shipments
- Sorting and staging items by category, destination, or department
- Scanning and tracking inventory using handheld scanners or basic inventory systems
- Inspecting shipments for damage, missing items, or incorrect quantities
- Moving freight using pallet jacks or forklifts if trained and certified
- Organizing inventory and maintaining accurate product locations
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
- Supporting daily warehouse receiving and material handling operations
