Schedule: Full-Time schedule based on production needs
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Location: Florence, KY
General Labor Associate Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Strong reliability and work ethic
- Ability to follow company procedures and quality standards
- Must be comfortable working with nutritional products
- Must follow all safety, PPE, and GMP requirements
- Ability to maintain a steady workflow and meet production goals
- Must wear closed-toe shoes
- Must wear jeans or work pants with no holes, rips, or tears
About the General Labor Associate Role
As a General Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing bulk repacking of nutritional products with accuracy and efficiency
- Handling and organizing products throughout the production process
- Maintaining a consistent workflow to meet production deadlines
- Following all quality and safety procedures
- Inspecting products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Supporting general production and labor tasks as assigned
- Working in a fast-paced environment where performance and attention to detail are important
