Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Location: Lebanon, OH

Metal Grinder Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to stand in one area for the majority of the shift
- Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred
- Ability to grind, sand, and polish metal surfaces according to specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect materials for flaws or defects
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
About the Metal Grinder Role
As a Metal Grinder, your responsibilities will include:
- Grinding, sanding, and polishing metal objects to meet quality standards
- Operating grinding equipment and adjusting power output as needed
- Preparing surfaces for additional finishing processes
- Inspecting finished materials for cracks, defects, or imperfections
- Marking cracks and splits requiring additional repair
- Operating automatic blasting equipment
- Correcting surface defects and ensuring product quality
- Using cloth, hand tools, and power tools to achieve smooth finishes
- Following all safety regulations and maintaining an organized work area
- Supporting production goals and completing additional duties as assigned
