Production & Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Location: West Chester, OH

Production & Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications:
- Resume required
- Interview required
- Clean background check required
- 10-panel drug screen required
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
- Forklift experience with stand-up and sit-down forklifts required
- Ability to accurately follow production orders and batch sheets
- Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
About the Production & Warehouse Associate Role
As a Production & Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Review production orders and follow batch sheets to prepare products according to specifications
- Measure, mix, filter, and package materials while maintaining quality standards
- Label finished products accurately and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Operate and maintain production equipment, including mixers, scales, dispensers, and forklifts
- Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and promote a safety-first work environment
- Receive, unload, store, and organize incoming materials according to warehouse procedures
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy
- Verify packing lists and maintain inventory records using warehouse systems
- Load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Support daily production and shipping operations to meet schedule and customer demands
- Perform housekeeping duties, manage waste disposal, and assist with spill and emergency response procedures
- Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and other material-handling equipment
