Trimmer Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Location: Miamisburg, OH

Trimmer Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Resume/work history required for client review
- Background check required
- Drug screen required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to read and follow work order instructions
- Ability to operate a drill press, grinder, and tapper
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
About the Trimmer Role
As a Trimmer, your responsibilities will include:
- Remove excess rubber from molded parts
- Operate a drill press
- Operate a grinder
- Operate a tapper
- Read and follow work order instructions
- Use color-coded pens to mark parts
- Inspect parts for quality
- Lift finished goods totes weighing 50+ lbs.
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Follow production and safety procedures
