Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler.
Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch). Flexible scheduling is available for qualified candidates. Overtime is available but not mandatory.
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications:
- Resume/work history required for client review
- Skills test and meet & greet required
- Reliable transportation required (no rideshare)
- Skilled soldering experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts
- Ability to pass a background check
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work with a microscope
- Ability to work with adhesives
- Ability to perform visual inspections according to procedures
- 10-panel drug screen required
About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble electronic components according to specifications
- Perform soldering on electronic assemblies
- Inspect components using microscopes and visual inspection procedures
- Work with adhesives during the assembly process
- Read and follow production instructions
- Maintain quality standards throughout production
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
