Job Description
Job Title: Entry-Level Concrete Fabrication Technician
Location: O'Fallon, MO
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Occasional overtime available)

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our concrete fabrication team. This is a full-time, entry-level position with opportunities for growth and increased pay based on your willingness to learn additional skills.
Responsibilities:
- Scoop sand into buckets and prepare materials for production
- Add sand and cement to a concrete mixer
- Fill molds with concrete mixture
- Assist with placing molds into the kiln
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to bend, lift, twist, and work with arms overhead throughout the workday
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
