Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Concrete Laborer.
Concrete Laborer Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00/hr (higher based on experience)
Location: Springfield Township, OH 45504

Concrete Laborer Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous concrete construction or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites required.
- Ability to travel to different job sites as needed.
- Tape measure test required.
- Circular saw and impact drill experience is helpful but not required.
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Phone interview required prior to hire.
- Resume or profile sheet and tape measure test must be submitted.
- Bilingual candidates are welcome.
About the Concrete Laborer Role
As a Concrete Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with concrete forming, pouring, stripping, and finishing.
- Load, unload, lift, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Build forms, tie rebar, and prepare job sites for concrete work.
- Operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, shovels, and power washers.
- Assist with aligning and leveling concrete surfaces to grade specifications.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Support foremen and crew members to keep projects on schedule.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned while maintaining quality workmanship.
