Berea, KY
Pay: $19.40/hour
Temp-to-Hire | 2nd Shift
Schedule Information
- Monday–Thursday
- 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Overtime may be required
Painter Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Resume demonstrating the last five years of work experience required
- Minimum of 6 months of experience applying primer and/or automotive paint
- Experience operating spray guns and painting equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate painting equipment to apply coatings to metal products
- Operate spray guns, adjust nozzles, and regulate air pressure to ensure proper paint application
- Monitor paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality using visual inspections and measuring tools as needed
- Clean, maintain, and adjust painting equipment to ensure consistent performance
- Inspect finished products to verify quality standards are met
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
