Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Production Worker in Wentzville, MO
Monday–Friday, Saturday as needed | 6:00am-3:30pm| $18/hr

Essential Job Duties
- Apply wax and release agents to molds according to company procedures.
- Prepare and set up molds for the production process.
- Inspect molds for cleanliness, damage, and proper assembly before use.
- Assemble, disassemble, and maintain molds as required.
- Ensure molds are correctly positioned and ready for production.
- Clean work areas, tools, and equipment throughout the shift.
- Report damaged molds, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
